Ultima is an in-network provider for CareFirst Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Aetna and MAMSI PPO*** and some HMOs**. However, we accept other insurance plans on and out-of-network basis. Our VIP plan is designed for the uninsured, underinsured, or those on Medicare. (We do not accept Medicare and Medicaid)
