To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is to share my experience with working with Morris
of MSI Construction to have exposed piping in a garage insulated
and a ceiling installed. Morris has much larger jobs than mine,
but through the course of this job he made it a priority and
worked each day until the job was complete. Morris is honest
and communicative. Any worries, concerns or check ups are always
respected and often communication is initiated by Morris. He
is very easy going, personable, and responsive. Morris also
brings experience to the job which benefits his customers because
he has foresight for ideas. He made some simple suggestions
on smart ideas which did not occur to me. He doesn't pressure
his customers and in the end a better, more thoughtful job is
accomplished in a forthright manner. Morris is frank, does what
he says he is going to do, and is trustworthy. He is also generous
as he did some additional work free of charge. Good luck on
your endeavor. You can feel secure in your choice of Morris
to get your job done.
---Sincerely, J. Curran

To Whom It May Concern:
We recently used Morris / MSI Construction for a home improvement
project. What started out as a basic bathroom and closet expansion
in one bedroom turned into an entire home project, with almost
no room untouched. We approached Morris \with the simple idea,
and he agreed to help us pursue it. He indicated that he would
be available shortly and that we could start the project right
away, in early December. True to his word, Morris was there
when he promised and we began on time. He kept telling us not
to limit our vision using the existing room design but as the
room could look when they took down walls. Sure enough once
we started the job, our idea of what we could do with the space,
indeed changed and we modified the design. Morris never once
limited the design to what we previously agreed to; rather he
welcomed the evolution of the design to match our tastes and
lifestyle. We challenged each other to design spaces for how
we use them. We even had him install cable outlets in places
where we thought we would use TV's. Morris went above and beyond
what a typical contractor would do painting each room and never
saying it was finished until we were completely satisfied. Many
of these involved continual struggles with his suppliers, who
failed to deliver items when promised. Morris kept us informed
of these developments, and absorbed additional expenses forced
on him by them. He also took it upon himself to suggest additional
improvements to other rooms in the house and when we agreed
with the ideas, performed the work with no additional charge.
He even graced us with gifts to complement the Spaces when finished.
In sum: Morris did the job he agreed to do. On time. and on
budget. He kept us informed and was always concerned that we
were satisfied and happy' with the work. He is a pleasure to
work with and we would highly recommend him.
